Thoughts on “The Universal Christ” by Richard Rohr

The Universal Christ

Our women’s prayer group, The Daughters of the King – Holy Cross, are studying Richard Rohr’s new book, The Universal Christ. I missed the first conversations due to absences but hope to share here thoughts and perspectives from our conversations for the remainder of the study. Should I miss the conversations, the reflections will be stated clearly as only my own thoughts.

Rohr is a Franciscan priest who is the founder of the Center for Active Contemplation. For more information, please visit CAC.

Incarnation is the oldest Christian story. Through Christ, God is pouring God’s self into all creation.
To be Christian, then, is to see Christ in every thing.
~Richard Rohr
